RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Beyond the Mat Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide a return and refund policy with the following terms and conditions:
- Terms and Conditions for Returns
Items can be returned due to limiting circumstances approved by a written statement with adequate documentation and proof of damage submitted within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The following conditions must be met:
- Item Condition:
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Original labels and packaging must remain intact.
- Proof of Purchase:
Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice, receipt, or confirmation email.
- Reasons for Return:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Items received do not match the order.
- Size or appearance differs from the description provided.
Note: Items purchased on sale or under the clearance category cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
- Clothing Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on clothing items unless they meet the following criteria:
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- The item received is incorrect or does not match the order.
Additional Notes for Clothing:
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for items with issues such as wrong color, size, or other preferences if the item matches the original order details.
For hygiene reasons, clothing items that have been tried on, used, or washed cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Include the following information:
- Photos of the item to be returned (if applicable).
- Reason for the return.
- Proof of purchase.
- Return Confirmation:
Our team will verify your request within 2-3 business days and provide instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping Items
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products. Ship the item to the address provided by our team via email.
- Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the purchase but may be subject to change without warning or reason.
- Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 4–6 business weeks after the item has been received and verified by our team.
- Refund Amount:
For defective or incorrectly shipped products, we will refund 100% of the item price, including shipping fees.
For other reasons, the refund will only include the item's price (initial shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error.
