From 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, I will lead the Sunset AcroYoga Jam, a session designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. It combines acrobatics' dynamic power with the wisdom and gentleness of yoga, offering a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being.
