A guarantee is a general assurance—often offering a refund or replacement—that a product or service will meet your expectations.
One thing worth flagging plainly, not to relitigate, just to make sure it's deliberate: at checkout, if a customer selects the 12-month variant, they see "pay 200k, get 400k value" — but they never see "and by the way you're also getting a separate free 200k thing" as a distinct line, because the 6-month variant isn't separately in their cart once they've chosen 12-month (it's presumably one variant selection, not two stacked line items). So the "you already have the first 200k free" framing is more of a verbal/mental model for you and me to understand why the numbers are 200/400 and not, say, 250/400 — it's not necessarily something the customer sees spelled out step-by-step on the page. That's fine and expected, just confirming I'm not missing an actual UI requirement to show that logic explicitly to the customer.
