What is the size of The AcroBack?

The AcroBack family includes three models. The AcroBack Go is the compact model and our most popular — in stock now. The AcroBack Big Poppa is the extra-support model for deeper cushion and lift — in stock now. The AcroBack Flow is the planned next compact model — coming soon. Can I customize my AcroBack?

Want your name, logo, or studio identity on your gear? Custom embroidery is available as an add-on when available.

What does the warranty cover?

Every eligible AcroBack includes an automatic two-year limited warranty against premature functional failure caused by defects in materials, workmanship, or design during normal intended use. Registration is not required for direct purchases. The warranty covers eligible Beyond The Mat-designed products for two years from delivery. It covers genuine defects and materially premature functional failure during normal intended use. It does not cover ordinary wear, accidents, misuse, poor care, loss, or theft. Why is shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately, shipping costs are out of our control, but we work to keep rates as efficient as possible for international delivery.

We have also done a lot of work to support distribution from multiple locations when stock allows. This can reduce shipping cost and transit time compared with shipping everything from one country.

How do I get The AcroBack for my community?

Community and wholesale orders can significantly reduce shipping cost per unit and may qualify for better pricing depending on quantity and destination.
