AcroBack Preorder Terms

These terms apply to all preorder purchases of The AcroBack Flow and The AcroBack Big Poppa from Beyond The Mat (beyondthematco.com).

1. What is a preorder?

A preorder is a purchase made before your item ships. You pay in full at checkout, and your order is fulfilled when your batch is ready. Your position in the fulfillment queue is secured at the time of purchase.

2. Estimated fulfillment window

Current estimated fulfillment timing is shown on the product page at the time of your order. As a general guide:

• The AcroBack Flow: Estimated fulfillment window is displayed on the product page. We will confirm your shipping date by email as your batch approaches production completion.
• The AcroBack Big Poppa: Estimated fulfillment is 8–12 weeks from order date unless a different timeline is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Production timelines can shift due to manufacturing, materials, or logistics factors outside our control.

3. If your order is delayed

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window shown at the time of purchase, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline. You will have the option to:

• Wait for your order to ship at the updated timeline
• Request a full refund if the delay is significant and you no longer wish to wait

We will not substitute products or materials without your approval.

4. Cancellation rights

You may cancel your preorder and receive a full refund at any time before your order has shipped. To cancel, contact us at hello@beyondthematco.com with your order number.

Once your order has shipped, standard return terms apply. Preorders that have entered production and been assigned to a specific batch may not be cancellable after a confirmed ship date has been issued — we will tell you clearly if this applies to your order.

5. How payments are handled

Your payment is processed in full at the time of checkout. We do not charge at shipment. If you cancel before shipment, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Color and configuration

The Performance Cover color and FastClasp Strap color you selected at checkout will be recorded as your kit configuration. If your selected color becomes unavailable before your batch ships, we will contact you to confirm an alternative before proceeding.
