Automatic two-year limited warranty
Warranty and returns
The functional product is covered by the automatic two-year limited warranty against premature functional failure caused by defects in materials, workmanship, or design during normal intended use. Registration is not required. Custom preferences and approved cosmetic choices are not defects, and custom products cannot be returned for change of mind. Read the warranty.
Shipping & import duties
We ship internationally from the best available regional location when stock allows. Import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local taxes are not included in the order total and may be charged on delivery.
Care & warranty
Keep your gear clean, dry it fully before storage, and avoid unnecessary exposure to sharp surfaces, heat, or harsh chemicals. Beyond The Mat products include a 2-year warranty unless noted otherwise on the product page.
