SECTION 2 — PRODUCT SAFETY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

AcroYoga and partner acrobatics carry an inherent risk of serious injury. This risk exists with or without our products. By purchasing and using our products you acknowledge and accept that risk.

Our products are training and support equipment. They are not safety devices, protective equipment, or personal protective equipment, and they do not prevent injury. No product we sell makes a skill safe.

Specifically:

• The FlyCarian Spotting Belt is a training aid. It is not a fall-arrest system, not a certified safety harness under EN, ANSI or any similar standard, and not a substitute for qualified spotting, instruction, progression or judgment. It must not be used for aerial, rigging, suspension, climbing, industrial or life-safety purposes.
• The AcroBack range is support equipment for bases. It is not a medical device and makes no therapeutic or injury-prevention claim.

You are responsible for using our products only as intended, inspecting them before use where our documentation requires it, retiring them when our documentation requires it, and training within your ability under qualified instruction with appropriate spotting.

You must read and follow all safety information, user guides, and care instructions we publish or supply with a product, including the FlyCarian Safety & Usage Guidelines and our Care & Maintenance guidance.

Guides, articles and other educational content published on our website are general information only. They are not instruction, coaching, or a substitute for learning from a qualified teacher in person with a trained spotter.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your non-excludable rights under applicable consumer law.

SECTION 3 — AI ASSISTANT

Our website may offer an AI assistant. It is an automated tool provided for convenience and general information only.

Responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. The assistant does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice, and does not provide AcroYoga instruction or technique coaching. Nothing it says is a substitute for the safety information published on our website or supplied with a product.

Statements made by the assistant do not vary these Terms, our published policies, or the specification of any product. Where the assistant and our published policies conflict, our published policies govern. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are confirmed at checkout, not in conversation.

Do not enter payment details, passwords, health information, or other sensitive personal information into the assistant. How conversation data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 4 — GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content, not including credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

If you participate in the Beyond The Mat Affiliate Program, your participation is governed by the Beyond The Mat Affiliate Agreement in addition to these Terms. SECTION 10 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools. Any use of them is at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which they are provided.

Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third parties.
