Sign up and pay in full by June 30, 2025 to be entered to win a 100% refund of your Teacher Training fee.
Winner drawn after training ends.

3. Super Early Bird Discount
The first 5 participants to pay in full will receive 25% off the Teacher Training fee.
Only available until June 30, 2025 or until 5 spots are taken.

General Notes

  • All discounts and giveaways apply only to the Teacher Training fee (34,200,000 IDR).
  • Meals and accommodation are not discounted and must be paid at the standard rate.
  • Promotions cannot be combined. Each participant may qualify for only one.
  • Full payment is required to qualify for the Full Refund Raffle and Super Early Bird Discount.
  • All promotions are valid only for The Acro Way 2025–2026 Teacher Training in Bali (Dec 28, 2025 – Jan 10, 2026).

Terms & Conditions

Promotion #1 – Social Media Giveaway

Prize:
One winner will receive 50% off the Teacher Training fee (valued at 17,100,000 IDR). Meals and accommodation are not included.

How to Enter (Earn up to 4 entries):

  1. Follow all three Instagram accounts:
    @beyondthematco, @theacroback, @theacroway
  2. Like the giveaway post.
  3. Share the post to your story and tag all three accounts.
  4. Comment on the post and tag 3 friends who may be interested in the training.

Deadline:
All entry actions must be completed by June 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Bali time).

Winner Selection & Notification:

  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected within 72 hours after the promotion ends.
  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.
  • The winner must respond within 5 days or a new winner will be chosen.

Prize Conditions:

  • The 50% discount applies only to the Teacher Training Fee.
  • The discount is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  • Discount must be used for the 2025–2026 training only.
  • If the winner has already paid in full, a 50% refund of the Teacher Training fee will be issued to their original payment method.

Promotion #2 – Full Refund Raffle

Prize:
One winner will receive a 100% refund of the Teacher Training fee (34,200,000 IDR).

Eligibility:

  • Must complete full payment (deposit + remaining balance) by June 30, 2025.
  • All participants who have paid in full by that date will automatically be entered.

Winner Selection & Refund:

  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected after the training ends.
  • The refund will be to the same payment method used.
  • Meals and accommodation are not included in the refund.

Promotion #3 – Super Early Bird Discount

Offer:
The first 5 people to complete full payment will receive 25% off the Teacher Training fee (save 8,550,000 IDR).

Terms:

  • Offer valid for full payments made on or before June 30, 2025.
  • Once 5 qualifying spots are claimed, the offer is closed.
  • Discount applies only to the Teacher Training fee.
  • Meals and accommodation are billed separately.
  • Discount is applied at the time of payment.

General Terms for All Promotions

  • Only one promotion can be claimed per participant.
  • Promotions cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
  • All offers apply exclusively to The Acro Way 2025–2026 Teacher Training in Bali.
  • Beyond The Mat reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
  • Any disputes will be handled in good faith with the goal of fairness for all participants.
