- Inspect webbing, stitching, hook-and-loop fastenings, buckle, adjustment, side straps, and attachment points before every use and after an incident or unusual load. Retire damaged, unusually worn, or uncertain equipment. Clean by hand with a damp cloth and mild soap. Clear fastening surfaces of debris and air dry fully. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron, or use direct heat or solvents. Store dry, away from sharp edges, abrasion, chemicals, heat, and prolonged sunlight.
- Warranty
- Automatic two-year limited warranty against premature functional failure caused by defects in materials, workmanship, or design during normal intended use. Registration is not required. Warranty duration does not define safe service life. See /pages/warranty and /pages/flycarian-safety.
Comfort for the flyer. Room for the move.
Soft where it sits. Padded mesh cushions the flyer’s waist while the tapered shape follows the body without the bulk of the original belt.
Support that stays continuous. Two layers of continuous 50 mm webbing form the structural path. An outer shell and edge piping help the belt keep its shape through repeated practice.
A better hold for the people beside you.
Comfort in each hand. The generously padded, substantial grips give two trained spotters a comfortable place to assist, one on each side of the flyer.
Built around the handling points. The side-strap system uses 2.5 cm Rhino tubular webbing and reinforced loops at abrasion-prone areas. Supplied straps connect directly to the belt; no carabiners or metal connectors are needed.
Follow the guide for connection and hand placement. Keep straps untwisted, and never wrap them around hands or wrists.
Three layers. A buckle. Check them all.
YKK hook-and-loop fastening. Three layers wrap around the flyer for an adjustable fit.
An upgraded, reinforced buckle. Close it fully and tighten the adjustment tab. The belt uses these separate fastening elements without exposed metal connectors near the flyer or base, reducing hard contact and snag points.
All three layers and the buckle must work correctly. A working layer does not make a damaged buckle, strap, or fastening surface acceptable. Recheck whenever the wearer or fit changes.
Construction you can feel. Easy to bring along.
Stitched for repeat use. Tex 210 thread and multiple reinforced stitch paths secure the buckle area and side-strap attachment points. Inspect every seam and loop before use.
Light in the bag. A carrying bag is included for the belt and its pair of padded straps. See the specifications above for the weight of each size. Pack them only when fully dry.

Keep the tape level and comfortably against your body. The centimetre ranges are the sizing reference; your measurement alone does not confirm a secure fit.
