Absolute beginners get structure, while experienced practitioners get refinement and variations. It’s still a great entry point for AcroYoga newcomers and a refreshing fundamentals reset for seasoned acrobats — now wrapped in warm holiday vibes.

We’ll sprinkle in light Christmas-themed games, playful challenges, and community moments to bring everyone into the festive spirit. After the workshop, you can wander through our small outdoor Christmas market with drinks, snacks, and seasonal treats to share with the group.
