What is the size of The AcroBack?

The standard size is 35 cm wide, 30 cm long, and 7.5 cm high. The foldable model is the same dimensions but when folded is 35 cm wide, 15 cm in length, and 10 cm high when folded. There is also a wide version that is 45 cm wide available as well.

Can I customize my AcroBack just the way I like it?

Absolutely! There are over 400 different options for fabric colors alone! Different colored zippers and you can even pick the thread color used for the stitching. We can even add your logo or embroider anything you would like. The size can also be made just for you to fit your body because we are all different.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately, shipping costs are out of our control but we have a great negotiated rate with FedEx. We can ship to nearly every country in the world in just a matter of days.

We've also done a lot of work to set up distribution centers Belgium, the United Kingdom, Israel, Singapore, and the United States so we can ship from whatever location is closest to you. This has significantly reduced our previous shipping costs by more than 40%.
