Every AcroBack, FlyCarian, and training kit we ship should feel like a real upgrade to your practice. If something's not right, here's exactly how returns work.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn/unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and in the condition you received it. You'll also need your receipt or order confirmation.
To start a return, email us at orders@beyondthematco.com with your order number. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions for where to send your package \u2014 since we ship from multiple regions (Bali, Belgium, and the US), we'll confirm the correct return address for your specific order. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Pre-Order Items
Some products \u2014 including the FlyCarian\u2122 Spotting Belt \u2014 are sold on a pre-order basis ahead of their ship date. You can cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your item ships. Once it ships, the standard 30-day return window above applies.
Returning an AcroBack Kit
Because the AcroBack ships as a bundled kit \u2014 Core, FastClasp\u2122 strap, and any add-ons \u2014 please return all included components together for a full refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, and contact us right away at orders@beyondthematco.com if something arrived defective, damaged, or wrong so we can make it right.
Manufacturing defects are covered separately under our Warranty & Guarantee \u2014 the 180-day base warranty and AcroBack Guarantee tiers. This Refund Policy covers change-of-mind returns and shipping issues, not defect claims.
Import Duties and Taxes
Customs duties, VAT/GST, or other import fees charged by your country at delivery are not collected by us and are non-refundable \u2014 you'd need to pursue those directly with your local customs authority if a return is approved.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders \u2014 including Custom Embroidery \u2014 can't be returned once production has started, since they're made specifically for you. Sale/clearance items and gift cards are also final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right size or model is to return what you have, and once that return is accepted, place a new order for the item you actually want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed \u2014 same condition requirements as above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (banks can take a few extra days to post it). Haven't heard back 15 business days after approval? Email orders@beyondthematco.com.
