Every AcroBack starts with its Support Core — a foam structure selected for the loads a base takes during L-basing, Icarian training, and long festival days. It is not adapted from generic cushioning; it is built around what a base's back and hips actually need mid-practice.
The firmer support layer resists packing down and holds its shape practice after practice, while the softer contact layer keeps contact points comfortable during extended holds. The core sits inside its own removable inner cover, separate from the Performance Cover, so it can be cleaned or serviced without taking the whole kit apart.
The Support Core is not normally sold on its own — it is the support structure inside every AcroBack. Pair it with the FastClasp Strap for hands-free security, and the Performance Cover for easy cleanup after sweaty sessions.
