The Compendium includes 24 flying therapeutic balances, 42 acrobatic balances on feet, and 42 acrobatic balances on hands.
Made from recycled FSC stock and printed by an environmentally sustainable, ISO14001 compliant printer, each card is bound by a durable nickel-hinged ring and packed in an ethically sourced organic cotton bag. Dimensions: 9 cm × 13 cm × 4.5 cm. Weight: 560 g.
The L-Basing Compendium is a tool to complement your journey, not replace the guidance of a seasoned teacher. With no explanations provided, practitioners should seek professional instruction and practice with trusted partners and spotters.
